Operations, from the ground up
I spent 9 years building the ops and support systems at WPX from zero. Now I want to help you do the same, without the years of trial and error.

About me
I spent 9 years at WPX, a managed WordPress hosting company, starting as a support agent and ending up as COO. In that time I built up the support team, designed the processes behind it and helped keep support quality at the company’s main competitive edge. Now I want to share my story and help founders and early-stage teams build the operational systems their companies need to grow without falling apart.
What I actually do
Find the right people
Most hiring mistakes aren’t about skills. They’re about fit, and most people only see that after the damage is done. I built a team from nothing at WPX and learned early that who you put in a role matters more than almost anything else you’ll do as a manager.
Build systems that hold
A process that only works because you’re watching isn’t a process, it’s babysitting. The systems I built at WPX had to work across shifts, time zones, and different skill levels. I build things that keep running when you step away.
Spot trouble before it lands
Teams rarely fall apart suddenly. There are usually signs weeks earlier, in how people talk to each other, in where tickets pile up, in who’s quietly checking out. After nine years watching a team grow through every kind of friction, I got good at reading those signs early.
